If one (or both) of your first characters prefers swords, you will be at a disadvantage from the outset, and the game will feel more difficult as a result. Zombies are strong against all melee, and skeletons are strong against bladed melee. Of note, you'll be fighting a lot of undead in the first few hours. Don't hesitate to restart if you think a different set of Source Hunters would better serve you. As such, while you might start off with a particular game plan, it's likely that you'll back yourself into a corner pretty early.
